What is our return / exchange policy?

Returns:

We do not offer cash refunds at this time.

However, we accept unwashed, unworn item(s) within 14 days of order delivery date. Once the item(s) has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund, less shipping charges.

Exchanges:

You can exchange your unwashed, unworn item(s) within 14 days of customer receipt.

 Send back the original item with a note of why you’re returning it and information of the size/color of the new item.

 Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment (less shipping charges). A refund will not be processed on worn, washed or damaged items.

Our policy lasts 14 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

Where is My order? 

As a friendly reminder, our normal processing time is 5-10 business days to process the order as all of our items are handmade. This allows for us to deliver a high-quality product you will surely love. Then after the order is fulfilled, depending on shipping you can expect another 3-5 business days until arrival. You will receive an email with tracking information for your order once your item is placed in the mail.
